RH Foundation at the Fed Ex Forum
The Reggie Howard Foundation and AAG Foundation partnered to provide a trip for 50 kids from the Salvation Army to attend this game honoring Julius "Dr. J." Erving with this prestigious award. A majority of the children were at the Salvation Army because their parents were recovering from drug addictions, yet the kids were overwhelmingly excited about meeting Dr. J. Julius also revealed to the children that he learned his basketball skills at the Salvation Army. This is the example that our kids need: "If Dr. J. can make it, so can I".

The Legacy Group
Coming September 2009... The Legacy Group (Ladies Empowering Girls to Accept the Challenges of Youth). This program will be dedicated to empower young girls to reach their maximum potential in life. The foundation will provide mentors/role models for teens ages 12-17. Topics will include self-esteem, health, academics, professional development & volunteerism. There will also be an annual retreat.
